Because we secure the power required for transport, we can also handle long-distance transport. Beyond that, we respond with a sense of speed to any request related to transport. Throughout the year, the periods with the most emergency calls tend to be summer and winter. During those times it is not unusual for more than 90% of ambulances to be active at all times, every year. On top of that, with the COVID-19 pandemic the time required for each individual emergency response increased, making the burden of emergency work even greater. Because every ambulance in the city may be in service at once, there are times when we cannot reach the scene right away.

About our fees
Licensed by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, we provide our service at the lowest prices in the industry.
There is no booking fee whatsoever.
The fee is set on a time basis—the first hour, then each additional 30 minutes—so billing is transparent.
It does not keep climbing like a taxi meter.

About billable time
Paramedic counts the segment “from arrival at the scene until the handover at the destination” as the billable time for the service. The vehicle's travel time before arriving at the scene and after the handover at the destination is not included in the fee, so please rest assured.
