Message from the CEO
Without cooperation between
public institutions and the private sector,
we cannot keep up with the
rising number of emergency calls.
We at Paramedic are a company founded by colleagues who once worked together on the emergency front lines in Yokohama. Our shared goal, “We want to save the lives that can be saved,” is our corporate philosophy.
Demand for emergency services grows year after year, and the time it takes to reach the scene keeps getting longer. To save as many lives as possible, ambulances need to arrive on scene as quickly as they can. We want to send an ambulance to the scene the moment one is needed!!
The first thing we can do, our very first step, is for us at Paramedic, a private company, to take on inter-hospital patient transfers. By working together with the people of Yokohama and with the local community and related institutions, we hope to be of even a little help to the people of Yokohama.
Every one of our full-time employees who rushes to the scene holds a national qualification. We constantly pursue customer satisfaction and work to address the demand for emergency services.

Nice to meet you! I'm Fukusuke, the mascot character, modeled on an owl. I was chosen because we operate 24 hours a day without sleeping — and because calling me (Fuku) is said to bring good fortune (fuku)! Pleased to meet you all!!

The biggest risk medical institutions want to avoid
The thing medical institutions most want to avoid is “being unable to respond to a change in condition during an inter-hospital transfer and putting a life at risk.”
While ordinary private ambulance services may not always be able to manage a patient’s condition, we at Paramedic are professionals in inter-hospital transfer who pursue trust and safety.
In the unlikely event of a change in condition, we promptly hand the patient over to the fire and emergency services.
