Working at Paramedic
This is work done face to face with patients. Before departure, we tell the family the expected arrival time and what the ride will be like. In the vehicle, we watch for any change in condition and also take care in how we speak and interact, so patients can travel as relaxed as possible. We stay with the patient until the hospital handover, and help explain things to the family.

Learn alongside a senior colleague
For your first period after joining, a senior colleague works with you on both transports and in-hospital duties. We also run hands-on driving drills, internal study sessions, and case reviews.
