What the fraudulent email looks like
- The sender's display name uses the name of our representative.
- The sending address is a free email account, not our @paramedic.ltd domain.
- The subject line and heading read "Notice of LINE Contact Change."
- It claims our LINE contact has changed and asks you to reply with your LINE QR code.
What we ask you to do
- Do not reply to the email.
- Do not send your LINE QR code, ID, or other contact information.
- Do not open any links or attachments in the email.
- Delete the suspicious email.
